💰 Pricing

Our website packages start from R1,199 for a starter site (1 to 3 pages), R2,499 for a 5-page business website, and R3,499 for a full growth website with an online store. Every website includes a free .co.za domain, SSL security, business email, WhatsApp button, and free support after launch. If you're not sure which package is right for you, WhatsApp us and we'll recommend the best option for your business and budget.

You don't need to know anything about websites or computers. We handle everything for you.

No hidden costs. The price we quote you covers everything in the package. The only extras that may apply are: annual domain renewal (approximately R150–R250 per year after year one), hosting (we include free hosting for the first 2 months, after which hosting is charged separately), and advanced SEO if you want us to target specific keywords beyond the basic setup. We'll always tell you upfront what everything costs before you commit to anything.

 

We require a 50% deposit before we start working on your website. You pay the remaining 50% when your website is complete and ready to launch. We accept bank transfer and PayFast (credit card, debit card, and instant EFT). We don't accept cash payments.

 

We charge R200 per hour for any changes or updates after your website is live. Most small updates — like changing a phone number, updating a price list, or swapping out a photo — take less than 30 minutes. We also offer training so you can make simple updates yourself without any charge.

⚙️ Process & Timeline

Most websites are completed in 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your content (logo, photos, text) and your deposit. More complex websites with online stores, custom features, or more than 5 pages may take 2 to 3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, tell us upfront and we'll do our best to meet it.

 

Everything can be done online. We work with clients across South Africa via WhatsApp, Zoom, and email. If you're based in the East Rand or Kempton Park area, we're happy to meet face to face. But it's completely up to you — many of our best client projects have been done 100% remotely without a single in-person meeting.

 

To build your website, we'll need from you: your logo (if you have one), photos of your business, products, or team (if available), the text content for each page (what you want to say about your business, services, and pricing), and your contact information. If you don't have any of these, don't panic — we can help. We write basic content for you and can use stock images where you don't have your own photos.

 

We include 2 rounds of revisions in every package. This means after we show you the first version of your site, you can give us your feedback and we'll make changes. After the second round, any additional changes are charged at R200 per hour. In practice, most websites are approved after 1 or 2 revision rounds we stay in close communication with you throughout the process so there are rarely big surprises.

🌐 Your Website

Not at all. We handle everything — the domain, the hosting, the design, the setup, and the launch. After your website goes live, we train you on how to make simple updates yourself (like changing text or adding photos). The training is easy and included in your package. If you decide you'd rather not manage it yourself, that's completely fine — you can always ask us to make changes at R200 per hour.

Yes  every website we build is fully mobile-responsive. This means it automatically adjusts to look perfect on any screen size whether someone is viewing it on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer. In South Africa, over 60% of internet users browse on their mobile phones, so this is non-negotiable. We test every website on multiple devices before launching.

We build all our websites on WordPress  the world's most popular website platform, used by over 43% of all websites on the internet. WordPress is secure, easy to update, and works perfectly with all the SEO and marketing tools you'll need as your business grows. We use Elementor as our page builder, which makes it easy for you to update your own content without needing technical knowledge.

 

Yes 100% yours. The domain name is registered in your name. The website is your property. You have full login access to your WordPress admin dashboard and your hosting account. We never hold your website "hostage" or charge you to get access to what you've paid for. If you ever wanted to move to a different hosting provider or developer, you can do that freely.

 

A new website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to be indexed by Google and start appearing in search results. Sometimes it's faster  sometimes a little longer. We submit your sitemap to Google Search Console at launch, which speeds up the process. Once indexed, your site will appear when people search for your business name. For it to rank for competitive keywords, ongoing SEO work is usually needed  which we offer as a separate service.

🔍 SEO & Google

Every website we build includes basic SEO setup  this means your site is properly structured for Google, has meta titles and descriptions, has correct heading tags, and is submitted to Google Search Console. This is enough for you to appear in Google when someone searches for your business name. For keyword SEO  where you want to appear when people search for your services (like "plumber Kempton Park")  that's a separate, ongoing service that we offer at an additional cost.

Basic SEO (included free) means your website is technically set up correctly for Google  it can be found and indexed. Keyword SEO (paid service) means we do active work to make your site rank for specific search terms your customers use, like "website designer East Rand" or "hairdresser near Boksburg." This involves creating optimised content, building location pages, setting up Google Business Profile, and ongoing monthly optimisation. Keyword SEO is what gets you ahead of competitors in search results.

Both are effective but work differently. Google Ads get you instant visibility your ad appears at the top of Google within hours of launching. But when you stop paying, the traffic stops. SEO takes 3 to 6 months to build up, but once you rank organically, the traffic is free and sustainable. For most small businesses, we recommend starting with Google Ads for quick results while building SEO in the background for long-term growth. We offer both services.

 

Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the business listing that appears in Google Maps and the local search box when people search for businesses near them. It shows your address, phone number, opening hours, reviews, and photos. It is completely free and is one of the most powerful tools for getting found locally. We help all our clients set up and optimise their Google Business Profile as part of our SEO service.

🛒 E-Commerce & Online Stores

Yes  we build full e-commerce stores using WooCommerce on WordPress. Your store will accept payments via PayFast (which supports credit cards, debit cards, EFT, and instant EFT), allow customers to place orders 24/7, and notify you by email every time a new order comes in. We set up your product listings, delivery options, and stock management as part of the service. Our e-commerce packages start at R11,999.

 

We integrate PayFast as the default payment gateway  it's South Africa's most trusted payment processor. Through PayFast, your customers can pay using: credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), debit cards, EFT (standard bank transfer), instant EFT, and Mobicred. PayFast's fees are a small percentage of each transaction  there are no monthly fees for basic use. We handle the full integration and testing.

 

Yes we train you on how to add and edit products, manage orders, update stock levels, and adjust pricing all from your WordPress dashboard. No technical knowledge required. If you ever get stuck, you can contact us for help. We also offer monthly maintenance packages where we manage the store updates for you.

🚀 After Launch & Support

Support is free for all our clients. This includes help setting up your email accounts, answering questions about how to use your website, and guiding you through any issues you run into after launch. You can contact us via WhatsApp any time. For changes to your website content (like updating text, photos, or prices), we charge R200 per hour.

 

Yes we include 2 months of free hosting with every website package. After the free period, hosting is charged at a monthly rate. We host websites on South African servers for fast local loading speeds, with SSL, cPanel, and daily backups. We recommend keeping your hosting with us for the best ongoing support experience, but you're free to host your site elsewhere if you prefer  your website and files are yours to take anywhere.

If your website is on our hosting, we monitor uptime 24/7 and will be notified immediately if your site goes down. For security issues and hacking attempts, we offer website maintenance plans that include regular security updates, malware scanning, and backups. If you're on a maintenance plan and something happens, we fix it. If your site is hosted elsewhere, contact us and we'll do our best to help  though response time and the extent of our support will depend on your setup.

Yes. We offer SEO services (to help your site rank higher on Google over time) and Google Ads management (to get fast traffic from people already searching for what you do). We also offer social media consultation. We recommend every new website client at least set up their Google Business Profile as a first step it's free and can bring in local customers quickly.
